Getting Help
RoosterMC is designed so you should not need an owner standing online beside you to learn the server.
Start With the Wiki
Search for the world, command, item, event, or system you are confused about.
Ask the Community
Use the RoosterMC Discord when you need community help or want to ask whether another player has seen the same issue.
Reporting a Problem
Useful reports include:
- your Minecraft edition (Java or Bedrock)
- the world you were in
- what you expected to happen
- what actually happened
- the approximate time
- screenshots/video if useful
- exact error/message text
Griefing or Theft
Do not immediately retaliate. Report the incident. RoosterMC keeps server-side activity records that can help staff investigate later.
Bugs
If a custom mechanic behaves strangely, report the mechanic/plugin context rather than assuming it is vanilla behavior.
