Purifying Corruption
Players are not completely helpless against Hell's corruption.
With purification enabled, sneak + right-click terrain in Hell while holding Soul Essence to stabilize the current chunk.
The current configuration removes approximately 8 corruption points per Soul Essence used for purification.
When to Purify
Purification is especially useful around:
- an area you intend to use repeatedly
- a route you want to keep safer
- a temporary staging location
Soul Essence also has healing/protection uses, so purification creates a real resource decision: consume it for immediate survival or spend it to stabilize territory.
