Weapons, Gear, Rarity & RPG Buildcraft
Tier, rarity, elemental combat, existing-gear compatibility and the expanded RPG buildcraft model.
Weapons, Gear, Rarity & RPG Buildcraft
RoosterMobs equipment spans Tier 1–100 and combines multiple progression layers. RoosterMobs 4.4 makes elemental choice and RPG enchants substantially more important while preserving existing gear.
Existing Equipment Compatibility
The 4.4 RPG expansion reads the metadata already stored on RoosterMobs equipment, including existing tier, rarity, element and socketed RPG enchants.
Players do not need to replace, regenerate or re-socket existing RoosterMobs gear.
Weapon Families
| Weapon | General Role |
|---|---|
| Sword | Traditional melee combat |
| Axe | Heavy melee combat |
| Bow | Ranged combat |
| Crossbow | Ranged projectile combat |
| Spear | Specialized RPG combat |
| Wand | RPG ranged / magic-style combat |
Tier Damage
The RPG weapon tier bonus is based on:
Tier × 0.5 bonus damage
A Tier 100 weapon therefore begins with a +50 RPG tier bonus before rarity and applicable enchant scaling.

RPG Buildcraft
A powerful RoosterMobs item can now be evaluated through several layers:
| Layer | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Tier | Establishes the item's core RPG scaling |
| Rarity | Multiplies the tier bonus |
| Element | Determines strengths and resisted matchups |
| Tome Enchants | Adds offensive, defensive, elemental or utility effects |
| Mastery | Represents broader character progression |
| Research | Rewards knowledge and repeated hunting of specific archetypes |
The goal of the RPG system is increasingly to encourage builds, not merely higher item levels.
