Nightmare Environmental Hazards
Nightmare can periodically apply environmental pressure independent of direct mob attacks.
The current configuration includes periodic short-duration effects such as Blindness in the Nightmare world trio.
These effects are intentional parts of the RPG world rather than random potion bugs.
If a strange temporary effect appears while you are in Nightmare, check the current world/event state before assuming another player caused it.
