Java & Bedrock
Java and Bedrock players can play together on RoosterMC using the same server address.
Java & Bedrock Cross-Play
RoosterMC supports Java and Bedrock players together on the same server.
Server Address
play.roostermc.com
On the current setup, Bedrock players use the same address and do not need to manually enter a port.
How It Works
RoosterMC uses Geyser to translate Bedrock network/game protocol traffic into the Java server environment. Floodgate lets Bedrock players join while the Java server remains in online mode, without requiring those Bedrock players to own a Java account.
This is server infrastructure; players do not need to configure Geyser or Floodgate themselves.
Expect Small Edition Differences
Java and Bedrock do not render every interface or mechanic identically. RoosterMC tests important custom features on both editions, but occasional visual differences can still exist.
If something works differently on one edition, report it with your edition and device so it can be reproduced.
